Meet and Greet volunteer (Baby Clinic) (Keighley)

Would you like to support the health visiting team by meeting and greeting families attending a busy drop in baby clinic? As a meet and greet volunteer you will provide a welcoming environment for families. You will have great communication skills and be able to chat with and listen to parents whilst they wait to be seen by a member of the health visiting team. You’ll use the systems in place to ensure the clinic flows and families are seen in the order of arrival.

Before applying, we ask that volunteers consider their availability within the next few months- our opportunities are not short-term and recruitment checks can take around 2-3 months to complete.

These recruitment checks include DBS check, references, right to work and online training. You will also need attend a face-to-face Welcome Workshop, Breakaway training and an Infection Prevention session.
