Baby Clinic Volunteer (Across Bradford District)

We have an exciting opportunity for volunteers to join our Health visiting team, supporting the community baby clinics. This role would suit someone who is looking to work in the NHS, or gain experience to allow them to apply for college or university.

The baby clinic volunteer will meet and greet parents and children on arrival at the clinic, help to complete the growth measurements and offer support to those who want to self-weigh. You will have good communication skills, allowing you to talk and listen to those who come to socialise and also, after initial training, you will be able to offer basic health promotion messages and share information on local activities.

We currently have baby clinic vacancies at Wrose Health Centre (BD10), Westbourne Green Health Centre (BD8) and Shipley Health Centre (BD18).
