Baby Clinic Volunteer (Bradford)

We have a unique opportunity for volunteers to join our Health visiting team, supporting the community baby clinics. This role would suit someone who is especially looking to work in the NHS, or gain experience to allow them to apply for college or university.

The baby clinic volunteer will meet and greet parents and children on arrival at the clinic, whilst helping complete the growth measurements and offering support to those who want to self-weigh. You will have good communication skills, allowing you to talk and listen to those that come and socialise and also after initial training, you will be able to offer basic health promotion messages and share information on local activities.
