Employability Skills Volunteer - Airedale Centre for Mental Health (Airedale Centre for Mental Health, Keighley)

As an Employability Skills Volunteer you will be able to support Service Users in a 1:1 or group setting, to develop their confidence using the skills they require for applying for employment or training.

You will be able to support them in preparing an up to date CV, or help with job search skills and registering with various agencies. You will also be able to assist them in developing their interview preparation skills.

As this role is currently remote, you need to have access to your own computer with an internet connection and be confident in delivering either 1:1 or group sessions via Microsoft Teams. Once restrictions ease, this role will be based at Airedale Centre for Mental Health and you will be able to give a minimum of 2 hours per week of your time.
